WHEN IS IT FREE TO SHIP ITEMS INTERNATIONALLY?
Many times (but not always) multiple lightweight items can be squeezed into one flat rate envelope. When this is the case, your additional item's INTERNATIONAL shipping will be FREE!! We ALWAYS try very hard to squeeze as much as possible into the flat rate envelope & will do everything we can to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. We don't profit off of any shipping cost or method. Whatever it costs us, it costs you - and not a penny more.

WHEN IS IT NOT FREE TO SHIP ITEMS INTERNATIONALLY?
Because of the small, flat rate envelope that items must fit into to qualify for the low price of $11.35, there are times when your additional items will cause your package to no longer fit in a flat rate envelope. This pushes shipping rates up to a larger package and a higher price range. When the flat rate envelope can no longer be used, the additional cost of your second item will be $16.60 to ship via priority mail. After the first two items, each additional item is only $4 more to ship. (So, for example, Two items cost $27.95 to ship. Three items cost $31.95 to ship. Four items cost $35.95 to ship... etc etc etc!) The more you buy, the less shipping costs.

PAYMENT INFO
As per eBay's policies, we only accept Paypal. Payment is due within 5 Days of Auction's End. If payment is not received within 5 days, we will be forced to file a "non paying bidder" claim with eBay, and block the non paying bidder from purchasing any of our items in the future.

Lullie Vintage Clothing sells only vintage clothing. This means that our items are one of a kind pieces that are 20 years old or older. In most cases, this also means that the clothes have been previously worn (and may or may not show visible signs of age and wear). We sell only the highest quality finds, but in most cases the clothing IS used. It is our policy and highest priority to always represent the items completely and accurately - flaws and all - in the photos and description section. However, since the items are vintage, we ask that you read this full page carefully.

WE ACCEPT RETURNS. At Lullie Vintage Clothing your satisfaction is our highest priority! We do everything within our power to make our customers perfectly happy. We do this by representing our items accurately before they are sold and shipping them quickly after they are sold. Because of the nature of dealing with one of a kind, used, vintage clothing - we ask that you not return items that do not fit. However, if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we offer a full refund (minus shipping costs). Again, we ask that you read the description carefully and check all measurements before bidding.

Return items must be sent back via US Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Items must be returned back to us, in our hands, within 14 days of auction's end. You will need to email us the tracking number upon sending the return item. We will refund you the purchase price once we receive the item in the condition that it was sent to you. We can not issue refunds for items "lost" in the mail. Once a package leaves our hands and is turned over to a US Postal worker, it is out of our control.
